Owner of Art Hotel Temarian

Born in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, I grew up in Kaga Yuzen, touching Japanese culture from an early age. Beside dressing instructors, I am doing various activities to spread Japanese culture.

In 2019, we were able to open our long-awaited ART HOTEL in our hometown. I want people all over the world to experience the wonderful culture of Kanazawa.

つくれるものはなんでもつくる『つくりびと』。

グラフィックデザイナー時代に趣味でしていたDIYが今では本職へ。空間をキャンバスに！自由に楽しく仕事をしている毎日です。

オーナーの美穂さんから「アートホテルてまり庵」のお仕事のお話をいただいた時はワクワクがとまりませんでした！

テーマは金沢＝日本の美

いつもは単色でステンシルをしていますが、今回は色をつけるという工夫をして日本画風に仕上げてみました。金沢らしく金色もふんだんに取り入れ侘び寂びの中に煌びやかさを。

規格ものではない一点物の空間を金沢での思い出の一頁にしていただけたら幸いです。

“Tsukuribito” is what comes with.

DIY, which was a hobby in the days of graphic designers, is now a full-time job. Space on canvas! It is every day that I enjoy working freely.

When I received a talk about the work of “Art Hotel Temari” from the owner, Miho, I was n’t excited!

Theme is Kanazawa = Japanese beauty

I usually stencil with a single color, but this time I tried to make it look like a Japanese painting by adding color. Like Kanazawa, the golden color is taken in.

I would be pleased if you could make a space of one point that is not a standard one page of memories in Kanazawa.

We have been producing graphics, websites and illustrations for nearly 20 years. I'm in charge of logos and websites.

I am delighted that a nice art hotel was born in Kanazawa. In order to convey the charm, I tried to create a design that expresses the taste and warmth of Temari.
